Make At Home with Redner’s Markets Ingredients
Mini Burger Pockets
Ingredients:
- ½ lb. ground beef
- 1 pack ranch
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 slices colby cheese, halved
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- In a bowl, mix the meat and ranch powder.
- Divide the meat into eight portions and patty out.
- Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes per side.
- Whisk the egg and water in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry and roll it into a square. Cut the square in half in each direction, and then cut those four squares in half. You should have 8 rectangles.
- Create your burger by putting a cooked patty on one side of the rectangle and top with the cheese.
- Brush the edges with the egg mixture, and close up the pastry, sealing it with a fork.
- Place the burgers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
Cheesy Garlic Flatbread
Ingredients:
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza crust (11 oz)
- 2 TBSP butter, melted
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Romano cheese, grated
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Unroll the dough and spread it into a rectangle with slightly upturned edges on a greased baking sheet.
- Mix the Italian seasoning and garlic powder into the melted butter.
- Drizzle or brush the butter mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle the cheese all over the bread.
- Cook for about 12 minutes until crisp. Cut into serving-sized pieces.
Cookie Cups with Cream Cheese Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of chocolate chip cookie dough (18 oz)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (½ brick)
- 4 TBSP butter, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- With a mini muffin tin (24 muffin size) and floured hands, shape about one tablespoon of the cookie dough into a cup shape along the bottom and sides of the cups in the tin.
- Bake for about 9 minutes.
- Press down the cookie cups where they’ve puffed up. Cool for around four minutes, then place them on a wire rack until completely cooled.
- Mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla to a smooth texture.
- Add in the powdered sugar a bit at a time.
- Spoon into the cookie cups.
