To get started with Redner’s Ready Online Shopping, make sure you are logged into your Redner’s Ready Account. If you do not have a My Redner’s Ready account, you can create one by first selecting your preferred location here. Once you are logged in, you can select the nearest convenience location that offers Redner’s Ready Pickup. Now that you’ve selected a store you’d like to shop in, simply “LOG IN” and start shopping the thousands of products available!
Who can place a Redner’s Ready Markets order for pickup?
Anyone that has a Redner’s Ready account can place an order for pickup.
Will all items in the store be available for pickup?
All items except for alcohol, tobacco products, party platters, specialty cakes, are available for pickup.
How will I know if my items will be fresh?
Your Redner’s Ready order is always hand-selected by one of our trained Personal Shoppers, and freshness is guaranteed.
Can I give specific instructions for my order?
Yes. Special instructions can be added to each individual item or in the comments box at the time of checkout.
Can I use my Redner’s Rewards card for online shopping purchases?
Guest can add their Redner’s Rewards card to their Redner’s Ready account. This will allow them the ability to earn and redeem Redner’s Rewards on Redner’s Ready orders.
How far in advance can I place my order?
Online orders can be placed anytime and picked up between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. Orders can be placed as far ahead as 4 days and as little as 2 hours from the time of pick up.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed within each time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout.
How do substitutions work?
If a brand name or item is not available, our personal shopper will substitute the item for one that is equal or lesser in value and contact you prior to pickup with the item that was replaced.
Is online pricing the same as in store pricing?
Yes. However, please note that Redner’s Markets advertised online prices change every Thursday at 12:01 am. Your estimated total may vary due to variations for items sold by weight.
Will my order total always match the order total I am quoted at checkout?
For orders containing produce, deli, seafood and meat items that are priced by weight, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order may vary slightly.
How do I pay for my online shopping order?
All orders must be paid online.
May I tip my personal shopper?
We do not allow tips or additional payment for this service. It is our pleasure to be able to provide this for our guests.
Is there a fee to place a pickup order?
No, we do not charge a fee for this service.
Where do I pick up my groceries?
Your order can be picked up at your local Redner’s Ready pickup locations. Simply call the number listed at your time of arrival and we’ll deliver your groceries to your car.
How can I cancel my order?
Please call the store at which you placed your order to cancel.
