Mini Memphis-Style BBQ Burgers
Prep: 20 minutes • Serves: 8
Make sliders that’ll be a home run with a hungry crowd with the Mini Memphis-Style BBQ Burgers recipe. These Memphis-style BBQ burgers are the next best thing to touring Graceland.
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
4 KRAFT Singles, halved
8 slider buns, toasted
½ cup coleslaw
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, cut in half
3 cup BULL’S-EYE Memphis Style Barbecue Sauce
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat and onions just until blended; shape into 8 (½ -inch-thick) patties. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until done (160°F), topping with Singles halves for the last minute. Fill buns with cheeseburgers and remaining ingredients.

Prep: 20 minutes • Serves: 4
You don’t have to be near the beach to enjoy a cheeseburger with bacon, avocado, cilantro and chipotle-flavored mayo.
It’s tantalizing no matter where you live.
1 pound lean ground beef
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
4 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack
Cheese Slices
4 kaiser rolls, split
¼ cup KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
(or a Chipotle Mayo)
1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
½ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
Heat grill to medium heat. Shape ground beef into 4 (½ -inch-thick) patties. Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package. Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted. Spread rolls with aioli; fi ll with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro.

Italian Sausage Burgers

¾ pound Italian sausage
¾ pound ground beef1½ cups KRAFT Shredded Italian*Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 egg
6 hamburger buns
2 tablespoons thinly sliced
fresh basil
2 tablespoons KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
6 romaine lettuce leaves1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
Heat grill to medium heat. Mix sausage, beef, ¾ cup cheese and egg; shape into 6 (½ -inch thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side
or until done (160°F), toasting cut sides of buns on the grill for the last minute. Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese, basil and dressing.
Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and cheese mixture.

Taco Turkey Burgers
Prep: 25 minutes • Serves: 4

5 hamburger buns, divided
1 pound 93%-fat-free ground turkey1 egg, beaten2 tablespoons (½ of 1-ounce package) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1½ cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 red pepper, cut crosswise into 4 slices
Heat greased grill pan on medium heat. Open 4 buns; place, cut sides down, on hot grill pan. Grill 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Meanwhile, process remaining bun in food processor until fine crumbs form; place in medium bowl. Add turkey, egg, taco seasoning and 1 cup cheese; mix just until blended. Shape into 4 (½ -inch-thick) patties. Remove toasted buns from grill pan; set aside. Add turkey patties and peppers to pan. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until burgers are done (165°F) and peppers are tender-crisp, turning burgers after 5 minutes and stirring peppers
occasionally. Top burgers with remaining cheese; grill 1 minute or until melted. Fill buns with burgers and peppers.
