Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour (bread flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp instant active yeast
- 1 ¼ cup water (room temp)
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Fashion a hole in the center. Add the water and stir a bit. The dough will be wet but not too sticky. Add more flour if necessary, one tablespoon at a time.
- Prepare a bowl with butter or oil and place the dough inside. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight to rise.
Muffins
Prep Time: 15 min; Cook Time: 10 min; Total Time: 25 min
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce + more for dipping
- 1 ½ tsp oregano
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella (shredded)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a muffin tin with oil or cooking spray.
- Divide the pizza dough into a dozen equal portions. Create a small rectangle with each section of dough.

Ingredients:
- Oil (frying)
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cauliflower head, cut down into florets
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ¼ cups wing sauce of your choice
Instructions:
- Heat the oil on medium-high heat in a saute pan.
- Prepare a baking sheet with paper towels.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- In a different bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the egg and then the flour.
- Fry the cauliflower for about 7 minutes until evenly browned (working in batches).
- Drain on the paper towels.
