Twice-Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
6 potatoes, baked, cubed and divided
1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled and divided
3 cups sour cream, divided
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped (garnish)
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:Place half of potatoes in a greased 13"x9" pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with half each of bacon, sour cream and cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with onions before serving.
