It is with regret that Maxim Health Systems had canceled all seasonal influenza and pneumonia clinics scheduled after October 22, 2009.
We regret this inconvenience but the supply of seasonal influenza vaccines was limited due to production issues encountered by the vaccine manufacturers. Please contact your health care provider with question concerning seasonal vaccinations. All clinics listed below have been canceled.
